Welcome to the GPA eLearning Homepage.

The GPA eLearning Program includes key content from the GPA Basics curriculum and is available to care providers caring for older adults and/or persons living with dementia. 

IF YOU ARE A STUDENT, PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR ORGANIZATION TO SEE IF THEY HAVE AN ORGANIZATIONAL ACCOUNT BEFORE REGISTERING.

• This course is comprised of multiple short tutorial segments within 4 modules.
• Interactive matching activities appear at the end of modules 1, 2 and 3.
• Module 4 content is presented in video tutorial format and includes Gentle Persuasive Approach Techniques demonstration videos.
• The entire program will take approximately 2.5 - 3 hours to complete.
• Please download the GPA Basics eManual at the beginning of the course and follow along as prompted.
• Your certificate will be available for download upon completion.

IMPORTANT notes to read prior to registration:

• GPA eLearning registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. 
• This portal is for individual use only. For group registrations, please contact: elearning@ageinc.ca

• Before registration, add info@ageinc.ca to your safe sender's list to ensure you receive your activation email

Notice to all GPA eLearning Participants:

Please be advised that the matching exercises at the end of Module 4 have been removed.

The narration has not been modified, so you will continue to hear the narrator say, “You will now be directed to complete the matching exercises for Module 4”.

The GPA eLearning Program will end once you have completed Module 4. This change will have no impact on your completion or ability to download your certificate of completion.
